therein the true self dwells.
If
you are to accomplish works

with love & compassion,

must do them with an open heart.
Let not your actions be governed
by
calculation or the hope of gain.
Such
actions would not lead to
your liberation…
Surely
you would fall into a
state of moral degradation
wherein
murder, theft, unchastity, lying, and heedlessness
pass
for generous deeds.
